"From the day we made contact with Think Water their communication was excellent. Eddie visited the site and provided a detailed summary of the project with very competitive costings. After confirming the quote we received excellent updates via phone and email regarding the plans for team to complete the work. James and Daniel arrived on schedule and did outstanding work fulfilling the brief exactly, talked us through the system and left the site clean and clear. Honestly so impressed with… everyone we would highly recommend them for any irrigation work. Thank you again to the whole team, you're awesome."

"For the second time, outstanding reliable service from Think Water. Easy to organise with great comms via office. Promptly arrived at the arranged time. Friendly / polite service. Great job done (adding some isolation valves to a tank water system). Our first use of this company was immediately after the West Auckland flood in 2021, and we were desperate (pump-dependent home). They were terrific then too. Highly recommended. "

"Our house is on a slope with a well established garden, vegetable boxes and pots around the house. Reaching every area with a hose was complicated and time consuming. Think Water have done an excellent job from start to finish. They have reached irrigation to every area with expertise, the pipes are dug well into the ground. The irrigation system works on weather/rain sensor and can be remotely controlled. Very satisfied with the quality of work and materials used. I highly recommend Think… Water. Thanks Robert, Ethan, George and Eddie for finishing the work on time, great communication and fantastic job !"

"We contracted Claudia and her team to install a new irrigation system at our house in Devonport. The service was amazing - Ethan and John installed the system in atrocious weather and it was hard to pick where they had been - hoses hidden underground in places you would have thought impossible - while getting to know the workings of the technology Ethan made several visits to check on me - I wouldn’t go anywhere else , these guys are amazing - nothing is too much trouble and the guys are so… easy to have around the house

The system works so well - I used to have a system made up of bits from the hardware shop - this has taken life to another level , I can now turn on or off different zones from the comfort of my boat on Lake Taupo !

Claudia runs a great operation where service is right at the forefront - I phoned her at 8 am the other day and John was there within a couple of hours to replace the regulator valve - just amazing"

"I purchased a submersible pump, hoses and fittings from Think Water to help clear the water from the recent Auckland floods.
Think water were recommended to me and I wasn't disappointed.
Claudia and her team were very knowledgeable and well versed on what I would need to do the job. The equipment was definitely fit for purpose and worked exceptionally well and was we priced. I can't say enough about Think Water and would not hesitate to recommend them."
