    "Altered feedback from previous rating, they turned up, job completed, but no notice, and no phone calls to inform me of when they coming, but I am happy they turned up, job was of high standard, but they are lacking in communication skills, when it goes to letting home owners know when they will be there, thank you.
    Rang them on a Monday, said they would be there later in the week, rang them on the friday, said they would get back to me with a time for the following Monday, Still waiting to… hear back....    "
