    "I cannot rate Ken and his team higher - very trustworthy friendly - they will go the extra mile and honestly I have used them for years - best mechanics in the world - they have been so honest and trust worthy on so many occasions - for example Ken told me I might need a new radiator for my BMW - I gave him the authority to do the work and then when I went to collect the vehicle I had a invoice for $60 as he found the radiator was fine and just needed a new hose - this has happened so many times!

    "I have been very impressed with my experience at Bellars. They always look after me very well and are easy to deal with. The quality of their workmanship is pretty flawless.

    I have had a turbo replacement done by them as well as service work. I used to be a BM Workshop customer but have quite happily jumped the fence here as the experience is so much better.

    I highly recommend Bellars and their team, they\'re now the only ones I\'ll let touch my car."

    "BEWARE: I had taken my car (BMW 650i) with a problem with the drive shaft being put into reverse too harshly, it was recommended to have the drive software upgrade which I duly did....solved the reverse problem but boy did I get some major drive and engine management problems following this upgrade.
    To cut a long story short I ended up having parts replaced but not solving the issue with Bellars before resorting to taking the car to BMW to rebuild my software from scratch at some cost, not to mention the hassle and time taken to do this as it's not straight forward.

    I discovered later that the Autologic Diagnostic system they use for any software is not current BMW authorised software, but through a third party based in the UK. BMW do not warrant this software in any way, you can only get genuine software through a dealership. I was not told this prior to the upgrade!!

    The receptionist is extremely patronising, rude, unhelpful and generally lacking in customer service if you have any issues with work carried out by them.

    You can make your own mind up whether you risk damaging your valuable car and greater expense and inconvenience by going to Bellars? And the attitude of course if things do go wrong!!!

    "Ken,Tania & the guys at Bellars all give 100% service with a very friendly helpful attitude
    I highly recommend their efficient workmanship at a reasonable price and they certainly know beemers better than most
    Ken always finds a way to fix minor issues using pre owned parts or genuine where necessary saving some dollars
    I would never consider using any other place to service/fix my cars classic & modern

    "I popped into Bellars on the Shore yesterday to check a noise coming from engine.     "I\'ve used Bellars for 5 years and consider myself a demanding customer - frankly they are simply the best Auto service I\'ve ever had - Ken will often fix small things for free if I drop in on the spot and will always offer multiple solutions depending on what is needed to be repaired or replaced on the vehicle. The comment from \'Jene\' is a joke and should be removed - it is so obviously a trolling type comment. These guys are very good - Gerry Fernandez"

    "Bellars are great - they have looked after me perfectly as a BMW owner. I trust these guys implicitly to look after me, very professional. As a BMW owner, I am never concerned about calling them for help, the job is always managed very well, no surprises on costs. These guys are flexible enough for me to call in with a problem in the morning, and be fixed by lunch-time. As for the post below which flames them for unprofessionalism after the client couldn\'t pay, and wanted to take her car away, words fail me. That\'s no way to behave towards a company who looks after everyone so well. I\'d petition this site to remove that post, and ban her."

    "Very proffesional (workshop looks like a surgery) and polite. Had a service done (100k) and wanted a couple of extras done. All extra work was agreed along with the cost prior to leaving. When I collected the car the extras had been done cheaper than quoted and the service cost was well within my expectations. 3 areas that needed attention were shown to me, I was assured that although they needed repair in the next 1-2 years they would not hinder a WOF (and it has since) and prices were quoted so I could decide to have them done at the next service. At no time was I presured to have the work done. These guys no their BMWs and I am certainly taking my baby back to be well looked after. Thanks to my mate for the recommendation"

    "I've never delt with such rude, patronizing people in my entire life. The receptionist called me assumed i was untrustworthy because of my age and made a comment about how my car was cheap and "not a 50,000 BMW". She spoke to me disgustingly and when i went to complain to the manager he didn't do a thing because it was his WIFE!!! They told my dad that they didn't want my business because i wasn't worth anything and did'nt have much money - little do they know that although I'm a student, one day a plan to be an extremely successful entrepreneur. They should get rid of their receptionist before she completely kills their business NEVER GO THERE - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER."

    "Jene is upset because she was embarrased that her card declined payment when she went to pay her bill, she has misunderstood when I tried to explain that even people with much more expensive cars than hers are asked to pay their bills prior to taking their car away. When faced with having to leave her car with us until she could pay the bill, she transfered funds from another account and paid. Im sure as a "Budding Entreprener" Jene would have learnt that you need to pay for services supplied and that to stay in business in difficult times like these it is prudent to ensure payment is collected up front especially from a customer whose card has already declined due to Insufficient funds. "

    "These guys are great. I had a problem where my car wouldn't start and they aranged a towee and were very helpful and professional about it. They also didn't add any extra on to the tow price so it was only $80 for about an hours drive.

    They then fixed the problem (starter motor) and serviced the car. Not only that but they fixed my broken glove box without being asked and didn't charge or even mention it. That's the kind of thing that will make me go back and is what prompted me to write this review. They will go out of there way to help you out.

    It's a professional operation so their prices are not the cheapest, but you know they will do a good job and that piece of mind is worth paying a bit extra for, especially when compared to the local garage.
