"Thank you to Jason and for his team of experts for coming out to save the day! They checked all the basics to start with and then followed through with a CCTV Drain Inspection and discovered it was an issue with our sewage pump underground. Highly rate Jason's company and services! Thank you!!"

"This guy is beyond un professional. He came to my house to fix a leak in a pipe in the yard , got half way through it , couldn't find the problem and told me he'd come back to fix it. I have chased him up now 4 times, after he said he would come back and now he won't even call me back to say he can't be bothered coming back.
Do NOT USE THIS GUY, he is useless and gives tradesmen a bad rap !!

"The plumber was friendly and arrived when he said he would. There was confusion over the size of the cylinder he installed, however I put that down to my misunderstanding. The problems have arisen since the installation. Nothing serious......just irritating and unprofessional. We put a mains pressure system in to stop the problem of a person being scolded in the shower when the toilet was flushed. This is still happening and the temperature, instead of 55 degrees is 40. I have to boil the jug to wash the dishes. He has been contacted on three occasions to come and "tweek" the system and he has not shown up or let us know he wasn't able to come. Very poor, as on one of these occasions I took time off work to be there."

"During re-installation of vintage plumbing they damaged the faucet with ratchets. Builder (who sub-contracted them) paid for re-finishing of tap. Then new hot water cylinder was installed but done poorly. Fred, and then Jason, needed to come back and drain all the water and fix and re-fill tank. They helped themselves to the old copper roof over-flow pipe (didn't ask) by hacking it off and twisting the metal over. They did this roughly so the roof area around the pipe was damaged. They used clear silica gel to patch this. First rains and it leaked through roof onto new cylinder. Jason called back to 'fix' and they just used more silica gel. It still leaks! Will need proper roof repair. The other terrible thing was the overflow pipe (no longer to the roof, but now downward and out). No consultation with us, but just smashed a hole through a concrete air vent and stuck a raw pvc pipe out the hole for hot water overflow to onto our walkway (not into one of two possible drains). Could have piggy-backed it onto other pipes under house or internally piped it to one of two drains. Called back to 'fix' but just ran an external pipe along pathway to drain. This was ineffective and ugly. But, honestly, to take copper piping off a roof and smashing a hole through a wall without asking the owner is basically criminal damage. I would not recommend them at all. Still faced with roof issues and a pipe sticking out our houses concrete air vent. The saying "do it once, do it right" comes to mind. They showed utter disrespect for our home."

"They answered the phone first time which in itself does seem to be something these days! Gave a good estimate of cost and time of job which was to remove an old toilet and instal a new one. As it happened this was a bit more fiddly than expected as the outlet pipe diameters have changed since house was built. Fred pulled out old pipe and put in adapter piece and new pipe and toilet looks great. "
