    "Do not engage! Charged an arm and leg to change a shower head and hose, but the problem we engaged them to fix was constant leaking because the mixer wouldn't turn off properly. When we asked them to come back and remedy, they gave a whole lot of excuses and wanted to charge even more for another poor callout. BE AWARE!"

    "Job : Experiencing poor water pressure in shower
    Alwyn came at the agreed time, checked the shower, adjusted the mixer.
    Advised performance from Low Pressure system installed was already best possible.
    Suggested be replaced with High Pressure System to attain required performance. Estimated price, ordered from wholesalers, and arranged installation a week out. Time to install was within quote. We now have a shower rather than playing chasing the rain drops. Job Well Done. Will have him back to do future work.

    "The worst business I have every had the displeasure of dealing with. Alwyn is a messy worker. The quote that was given ended up being over $1000 more expensive and when I tried to dispute the meaning of a 'quote' Jan became very aggressive and unpleasant. Everything (and I am not exaggerating) that Alwyn touched was done incorrectly, everything leaked or had to be fixed by other trades. He would NEVER answer his text and a 2/3 week job took over 3 months to complete as he would come for an hour, fix a problem that he had created or do a very small job and leave again for another week or 3. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! His 'quotes may sound cheap but you will definitely pay for it in the long run through stress and having to pay others to fix his mistakes."

    "I was stupid enough to not research this company before proceeding with my renovation job. A guy from Bunnings recommended his mate to replace my hot water cylinder. While he was doing this, we got talking about renovating my bathroom and ensuite. He said it would take 2 guys 3-4 days to do. Unbeknown to me, Alwyn (the owner) got rid of this employee. He then proceeded to do the work himself. It took him approximately 7 weeks to complete the job. He would come and do one small job and then I wouldn\'t see him for a few days. He would not reply to texts and I never knew when he was coming. When questioned about areas of his his workmanship, he was very defensive. I now have a shower that is coming off the wall and the silicon used is flaking off."

    "Advice about Bradshaws
    I had the misfortune to use these characters. It turns out that the plumber doing most of the work, Alwyn, at the time was an unlicensed, unregistered, exempt plumber under supervision, who requires EVERY SINGLE PIECE of plumbing work to be checked, tested and approved by the father, Terrence Bradshaw.
    If you’ve had a job done by Bradshaw & Son, and the father, Terrence Bradshaw, did not turn up on site to test and sign it off, then they have contravened very specific supervision requirements.

    If the father, Terrence Bradshaw did not turn up to sign off the job, or you can get the plumber who fixed your job to write a report stating lack of competence, then you can make a difference and stop these cowboys.

    "Used this company last year as we had a few minor plumbing issues. The man who came (can't remember his name) didn't seem to know what was causing the issue and decided he would just recommend changing all the valves etc. He came back with the parts and completed the job. Then we received an invoice in the mail for over $500 including a hefty travel fee (even though they are based very close by). We found that what he did didn't at all fix the problem - in fact, it made it WORSE, AND we now have additional problems (noisy pipes etc) that began after he mucked around with the plumbing/valves. When I phoned the company to advise them of this and asked to have someone return to fix this, I was very rudely laughed at, and then told someone would be here in a couple of days. No one ever turned up, and then I couldn't get through to them. What a rudely miserable and overpriced company. Will NEVER use again."

    "Suffice to say I WISH I had found this website and read all the above reviews BEFORE I called Bradshaw Plumbing. Ended up paying their invoice in full simply to put an end to a very stressful communication situation."

    "Poor communication (aside from the friendliness on the phone) and poor service. Job was done roughly, not as described and there was a sly "offer" to "relieve" us of our copper piping. Feedback was given via email and reply was simply "Thank you for your feedback". That was all. Water Mains - valve not replaced as described, but a second one attached to mains inlet, earth dug up and pipes left strewn over back yard.
    Would not recommend.

    "Stay clear of this business. They will itemise and charge you for EVERY SINGLE minute part used (at inflated prices) - even for a little bit of sealing tape, nail, and screw used, plus "vehicle cost" (aka petrol for coming onsite as if he doesn't already rip you off enough)

    A job to alter water and waste pipes for a kitchen, and to fit a new bath plug & waste and fit vanity and connect to water cost $1500.

    "Extremely disappointing service. Never call these guys.
    I called them for pipe leak from joint and
    Guy came to fix it. Just after 10 minutes he said he
    Finished the job and asked for cash payment.
    I asked him about card payment then he said
    He can only take cash. He charged full rate
    But no GST receipt.
    Later I found out that original leak was not fixed
    Because leak was still there and there are more
    Leaks on top of that which were not there before.
    When I called them to let them know the problem

    They started talking in a extreme rude way.

    There are actual cowboys plumber.

    If you don't want to waste your time and money

    Then never call these guys.

    "Sadly paid up front on a quote one month ago today-not my decision. Now I am paying weekly from my disability allowance for their supposed work which has never occurred. They never appeared again post quote, say they are waiting on a few metre of guttering, blame illness, all sorts. The mother is nice, the father appallingly rude and antagonistic, and the son appears to be an invalid. I am very sad to post this and also horrified now I found this site.LC"

    "This company is the worst I have dealt with. They under quote and then overcharge. When I tried to discuss with them they became very aggressive and shouting. Totally unprofessional and unreasonable. They would not remedy a problem with the job. Unfortunately I would not recommend them to anyone nor use them again. "

    "Unreasonable charging. Weve spent money with them before for a larger piece of work. I figured a 10mins job would be charged as such given we appear to be regular customers, but we got the minimum 1 hour charge + all the extra fees on top of it. Sorry, wont be sending work your way in future. I suggest you consider the meaning of customer service, and of the concept of a repeat customer. Youre right down there with lawyers.

    "Two seperate leaks occured in their work, but they did come back to correct the problems. A third leak occured due to the plumber not communicating during the job the need for new components to be used.
