"We have used Kevin for several jobs he has trimmed doors after carpet was laid and replaced rotten weatherboards on two properties. Kevin and his electrician are currently installing a rangehood for us where the stove is not located adjacent to an exterior wall. Kevin is what you want in a tradesmen. He explains what needs to be done, arrives when he says he will and does a great job. We would certainly use Kevin again in the future."

"I had a rotten gate I wanted replaced and two rotten corners of the house. Having tried 3 other 'Nocowboys' close to my area and receiving no responses I contacted Bryant Building Services, on the other side of the city, and had an immediate response. Kevin called and arranged a time to visit, the quote was received the next day and I accepted. Two days later Kevin and his team arrived and the job was completed. I am very happy with the job they did; the team was friendly and polite and also cut up my old gate for firewood without my asking them to do so! I highly recommend them."

"Kevin was tasked with upgrading our bathroom. We also needed completed by a specific time. Kevin needed to replace walls, flooring and build up shower box flooring for tiling. He worked very closely with our plumber, and the project ran seamlessly. The project was completed in two weeks, and on budget. Credit also to his son Matt who did the tiling."

"Kevin was great to work with. He and his team stripped and built two new bathrooms, replaced a number of roofing timbers and repaired external walls and internal ceilings for us. In our old and crooked house the renovations were not straightforward but as he has enormous experience in situations like this nothing fazed him and the job just got done. When we changed our minds about something part way through he took this well and adapted. He and his team are highly skilled and professional and everything is finished to a very high standard. They worked hard to ensure the job was done in time for the finishing work to be completed prior to Christmas. Kevin's contacts (and influence) in the Trades enabled us to get everything done faster than would have been expected given the time of year and really 'saved the day'. "Kevin and his guys are legends. They built a walk in storage area under our house (largely to his design) and we are delighted with the result. It took a week. Every night the cleanup was done even though they worked on the car deck and had to bring the materials through the house. I would thoroughly recommend using Kevin (It might be hard to get them as they are so sought after)

"After finding the company on this website, i left a message and was contacted promptly. Kevin came round the next day to see the job, which was to remove a window in our lounge and replace it with a double glazed one. I was sent a quote 3 days latter, which was very competitive. When the window arrived Kevin and his team were on the job smartly and the job was done in under 2 full days. They did a very good job with maximum attention to detail and finish. They left the site in spotless order removing the old window etc, and vacuuming the work site.
I have no hesitation in recommending Kevin and his team for their all round excellent service and wokmanship."

I had a couple of those small, fiddly jobs - a leak in my ceiling and a broken window hinge - which are hard to find a builder to look at, but which you really need done!
Bryant Builders were very prompt both in coming to look at and in fixing the problems. And I was very grateful to come home to a waterproof house."

"We completely renovated our 3 bedroom house, with all the rooms changing in use, most walls being affected, and adding a second bathroom. The build was planned to take 3 months and was completed in this time. We were really happy with both Kevin and his team, plus the tradies Kevin works with. Kevin project managed the build and kept everything running smoothly. Kevin kept us informed about all the work they were doing, and consulted with us at key times. We had no issues with the council not giving consent at the various stages of the build. One of the things I also liked was Kevin's policy of not having the builders play music while they were working, as it helped to keep our neighbours happy. We would highly recommend using Bryant Building Services. We are very happy with our new old house"
