    "We wanted a bay window removed from our brick house and replaced with a French door. We had a few builders quote and decided on Buildtek Projex because Luke knew what he was talking about and gave us the options to do the job properly. He was there on time every day and even came to finish the job on a Saturday. He is very professional and has pride in his work. The job was done quickly, with no fuss and is of a high standard. We would recommend Luke to anyone and will use Buildtek Projex again… if we have any building work."

    "Luke removed a number of walls, installed windows and 2 doors for us and did an awesome job. He was a perfectionist in every part of the job, which was important as we had issues with the window measurements done by the window maker. Luke made this fit and look like the rest of the windows/doors in the house. "

    "We contacted Buildtek at the very last minute for some building alterations. Luke managed to juggle things around his end and turned up early the next day. The work was done quickly, cleanly and with the minimum of interuption to our workflows. When he left, everything was actually cleaner than before he started.

    "Luke has done several jobs on my flat - always on time, on budget and will offer genuine alternatives and solutions.
    Because of bad design & construction, there were a lot of leaks, rotten flooring and windowsills when I first bought my rental property. Luke replaced these, as well as adding flashings to ensure it was watertight.
    One of the exterior two-storey walls had to be replaced (again due to bad design/construction and leaks). As there\'s a glass roofed conservatory at the… bottom part of the wall, this was no mean task, but looks fantastic now, and definitely no more leaks.

    I\'d have no hesitation in recommending Luke - always friendly, turns up on time and leaves the place tidy when the job\'s done. In fact, I\'ve got him booked to sort out the dropped section of flooring in the back corner of my house.
