We were moving from Auckland to Tauranga and weren't too sure on quantity and how much would fit so decided on booking two loads, which meant transporting over 3 days. He was prompt with his pricing , which was very reasonable and when we had a hiccup with the dates he fitted right in , fortunately for us . On the first day he and Taj were quick, tidy and very careful with our furniture ,some of it being antique and when the storage unit was seemingly full offered to store some in his own shed.… That is what i call service ! On the day of my shift they arrived on time and had the truck packed up before the estimated time for this was up. On arrival at my new address we were unable to enter the house for approximately 30 minutes, during which time all the garden furniture, pots, outdoor furniture etc. was unloaded. 100%"Found Burrs Furniture Movers via this website and took them on because of their good ratings. As you can see I have rated them the same, 100%. I would not hesitate to use them again and have recommended them to friends. Mikes communication was great, they arrived exactly on time and Mike and Dale worked like machines. Despite rain for most of the time, they got everything moved without anything getting wet, and nothing at all was damaged. We had an old lead glass china cabinet that if you… even breathed on the glass would likely break, Mike got it to the new place without a nick, top stuff. You could tell that Mike knew exactly what he was doing, a full 3 bedroom house worth of stuff was packed in the truck perfectly, and his attention to detail was shown in how he noted and mentioned where all the small things were when unpacking ie china cabinet key.
