    "We used these guys in September with no problems for 140 metres of hydroseeding. We used them two weeks ago for a further 24 metres. I rung up and asked if the metre price was the same as before which I was told it was. When they turned up I got them to fill in a few bare spots from previous hydroseeding and added another estimated 50 square metres to the front yard as well.

    Got the bill today and rung to complain and received the worst and possibly the rudest customer service I have had. They had charged me for $300 minimum charge that I had no information about. That equates to 107 metres of hydroseeding. There was no mention of any minimum fee for lawns under 100 square metres and when I ordered the service. I pointed this out to KIrk I was told in no uncertain terms that I had been told of this fee by him.

    His story then was he always told his customers this and I had agreed to go ahead with getting what had originally 24 metres done at a 107 metre price. Another version was I had been told in September but I got 140 metres done then so that was also not correct. Then his continual answer was it is your word against mine after his three versions of trying to get me to accept that I had been told.

    It was not until I pointed out that I was taping the call and in fact I was not informed of this minimum charge and his multiple versions of events did not stack up that he changed his de-meaner. I then made a price for what was done and that is the agreed price.

    This man is rude and abusive on the phone and from my point of view would try and bully a customer into paying this bill. Customer service is very poor and I would not deal with this company again for that reason. I felt he was trying to bully me into paying this minimum charge that had not been pointed out to me and only changed his position when I pointed out I was taping his various versions of events.

    The invoice was dated 9/12/13. Posted on 11/12/13 and arrived on 14/12/13. Hand written on the invoice was "this is a 7 day account due 17 /12/13". This is not a company to deal with and if getting any lawn work done then give these guys the swerve.
