    "We used Capital Builders to modify an upstairs deck in order to get a Code of Compliance from WCC after discovering previous owners had failed to do so. It was a stressful time as we were attempting to buy another property but, without the CCC the sale of our property would fall through and we'd lose the other house. Capital Builders were fantastic. We found Brent to be reliable and worked hard to meet the timeframe required. He explained the precess to us thoroughly and assisted with all… the paperwork required. His excellent people skills were an asset when dealing with WCC and other tradesmen and, as such, he was nice to have around. He made the process so much easier for us and I would unreservedly recommend Brent and Capital Builders to anyone requiring building work."
