    "Absolutely brilliant service. Found my dog diarrhoea’d on the carpet and th house stank to the point we couldn’t bear to be in it. Post 5pm, got “sorry we are closed” or “we can only come for flood damage”.

    Feroz is the only one who came out at this hour, was driving turned right around and drove to mine. Saved me a stressful night and what a stunner Job and the MOST competitive pricing I have come across in carpet cleaning even during after hours call out. Highly recommended."

    "After being let-down by another company Car & Castle fitted our carpet cleaning job into their schedule for the very next day. Feroz was helpful and explained each step of the process as he went - and answered all questions we had.
