  "Rob did an amazing job of stretching carpet at my elderly parents - the result is fantastic. Rob also went the extra mile by nailing down a few floorboard squeaks that had been driving them crazy, thanks so much Rob!   "Panic! Moving! Lifted a pot plant to find that the carpet had been saturated and a BIG blob mess. Googled carpet repairs and found Rob Scott on No Cowboys. Phoned him 1pm, he got back to me just after 2pm said he could do it today, arrived just after 3pm, did a fantastic job at a very reasonable cost finished about 4.30pm. That's what I call service! I move out in 3 days, will sleep well tonight. Thanks Rob for doing such a professional job. I give Carpet Patch and Repair top rating"

  Rob quoted and completed the job accurately even though the 2nd hand carpet that we were laying presented him with a job that required coordination with Aucklands rather fickle weather. Whilst he wasn\'t able to do the job on the originally planned date, he remained in contact throughout the process to ensure we were kept fully appraised on likely progress.

  "Rob did a small patch job for me the afternoon he returned my call, arriving precisely on time and doing a very professional job at minimal charge. He also included the repair to a carpet strip (not included in the original quote) that had come away from a tiled edge at no extra charge. He managed to carefully remove the strip and re-use it so the colour still matched. I was very impressed and would highly recommend Rob to anybody wanting patching work done. He knows his stuff!"
