    "A very unethical business in our experience. Because of issues they have with the main contractor we used, the job was never finished properly, they have refused to supply any product info, warranty info, or even the producer statement for the work they did do leaving us in a very difficult position with regards to council compliance.
    Furthermore, if you ever get them on the phone they direct you to email and then ghost you. Their legal obligations don't seem important to them and we have… been forced to legal action against them which is very stressful. If you want to avoid problems then I suggest you avoid these guys too.    "

    "Dan and his team were fantastic, the quality of the job from consultation to format of the tiling was very helpful. Dan and his team kept in contact with me the whole way through the process. Dan and his team worked around our schedules to complete the job, meaning they worked on the weekend to ensure we got our bathroom back with minimal disruption which for us was peace of mind.     "Not often I wouldn\'t hesitate to recommend a tradesman or team without some kind of a warning but Dan and his guys provided the highest service at the best price - two factors that don\'t usually go together. They truly are a one stop shop undertaking the shower screeding, underfloor heating, waterproofing and tiling to a high standard. All parts of the job were discussed with options and good advice given."

    "Dan was very prompt with the quote and providing us with his recommendations for the job. He was always available to us throughout the job to discuss progress and next steps. Theo was our tiller and we cannot speak highly enough of his professionalism and workmanship. Many other trades people who came through the house commented on the high standard of tiling. Even when mistakes were made by other trades people which caused delays or required changes to be made - Theo never once complained and… continued to be pleasant and patient with us. We will certainly be using the team at Casa Ceramica again in future."

    "Dan and Stephan installed a new tiled shower for us. The walls weren\'t the straightest to work with but they made allowances for this and completed the job without a fuss. Dan is coming back in to do our foyer tiling shortly. I\'d have no hesitation in recommending them."

    "Dan the Tiler and his guy Phil were great - Phil really went the extra mile to complete the job on the morning he ended up in hospital with appendicitis. What a trooper! Dan was also happy to come back to seal and regrout after painting at no extra cost.

    The only comment would be that there did not seem to be smooth communication between Dan (who for us was the main contractor) and his builder, plumber and electrician. We ended up having to co-ordinate between the four parties which was… time-consuming and at times a bit of a frustration. The builder also seemed to have some ego issues - someone less demanding would have been easier to work with.

    The finished bathroom is superb however. Casa Ceramica did a wonderful job.    "

    "No problems with Dan and Bora. Written quote provided and they stuck to that even though we changed things around a little and delayed things due to delays with our building consent.
