  "Peter had to renovate a bathroom within a very short time limit whilst tenants were on holiday. He worked extremely quickly to get the job done facing many technical (poor building) hurdles in the process which he overcame and when a few problems did present themselves after the job had been finished he returned to sort them out. He cleaned up after himself so when the tenant returned from holiday they were happy with having left a builder in their property. Despite facing many difficulties… which undoubtedly cost him more than he had quoted, he stuck to the quote and did not ask for more. He worked to a high standard and would use him again."

  "Peter did an excellent job, and was always prompt in his communciation. We are managing the propertry from overseas and PEter went out of his way to make sure we knew what was happening and checking on the finshed job several times to make sure we were satisfied. Highy recommend"

  "Peter and team Plumbed in a new kitchen and laundry for me. Peter is very knowledgable in his field and even was able to pick up on a couple of planning errors on our working plans that saved us hassle and money in the long run. We highly recommend Shamrock plumbing and drainage."
