"Very happy with Carlos's work. He has done two ceiling plastering/painting jobs for us. Once he starts he just doesn't stop until the job is done, evening or weekend, not a problem. I will use him again, but being as good as he is, it is getting harder and harder to book him in. But he's worth the wait!"

"Highly recommended. Carlos replaced roof flashings, some rusted sheets, and all the old roof nails and screws.He took photographs of the work, and clearly explained what he proposed to do, and what he had done. His communication was excellent, he did the work when he said he would, and cleaned up the waste very tidily."

"I contacted Carlos from CB Maintenance regarding converting a large room into a more usable office space in a commercial premise at our yard in Seaview, Petone. As I am based in Christchurch, I had no contacts as far as reputable builders in this region. Carlos replied promptly, we arranged to meet on site at a time that suited my travel arrangements, we agreed on the work that needed to be done. Within a week, Carlos had a quote ready, which was very reasonable and subsequently accepted and from then until the job was completed we kept in communication which gave me confidence in the professionalism of the company.
The job was completed to a very high standard in the timeframe given, made more difficult because it was around the Dec/Jan period.
Overall, I am very pleased with the whole experience, I found Carlos pleasant to talk to, professional in the standard of his work and the communication around this, his pricing was very competitive and I would have no hesitation in using his services again or recommending his services to anyone else."

"Upon meeting Carlos the first time I felt comfortable with his ability to perform the work I was asking of him.

He explained what was going to happen and how the work would be done. He also explained the safety requirements that he needs to meet doing this job.
He and his partner were extremely hard workers and got the job done in good time. He arrived when he said he would and left the site clean and tidy.

"I had to replace the plaster boards in my bathroom, a friend of mine recommend and put me in contact with Carlos, He came to see what needed to be done, gave a quote and a few days later the job was done, they did it all from replacing the boards and painting.
