"Cheyne Construction; Lee and his crew came onto our building site just after the roof had gone on, and I had fired the previous builder who had used our build budget getting it to the roof and cladding stage.. I spoke to him whilst I was on the scaffold, a 45 year old female scared of heights trying to bog and paint 3km worth of weatherboards that had been put up.. I asked him to stay and finish the house for us and he did when I know the majority of others would not have. Lee and his crew… completed the house which was architecturally designed to a very high standard. He is very clever and has an insight and experience way past his years.

In 2014 we commissioned him to complete a large renovation on another house. He completed it in a timely and cost effective manner and the ideas he bought made the entire job exceed our expectations. I cannot recommend him highly enough and my 10 year old son only wants to be a builder when he grows up, just like Lee."

"Cheyne Construction built our house for us, they provided great advice and team of people to work on the build.
Great vision of what the end product would look like, with creative solutions and ideas. They delivered for us and we are really happy with the final product. If you want a reliable, approachable builder with a great eye for detail we would recommend Cheyne Construction.

"Where to start - we had a huge renovation with average suggestions from less than average builders before contacting Cheyne construction off a referral from a friend. Our previously uninhabitable, dilapidated Granny flat and sloping, useless section has been completely transformed..
Lee's creativity is a huge asset which I'm sure sets him above many of his peers - his vision of what our place COULD look like (and shortly after, the drawings to show us) sold us from the get go. We checked out… Cheyne construction's previous work, awesome CV - thankfully for us, we took the leap of faith.

Problem solver, hard working, creative with good style and suggestions - can't speak highly enough."

"Lee Cheyne is not your average builder. He has the vision and design skills that would put the majority of architects to shame.
Cheyne Constuction completed a major renovation at our home and then more recently, built a beautiful pergola without the need for a drawn plan. Amazing workmanship and vision, at a competive price.
Lee\'s team are skilled and extremely compentent.
I would recommend Cheyne Contruction to anyone "
