100%"I contacted Jason about a blocked toilet and leaking tap on a Monday morning, and he managed to get Nathan out the same day to take a look.
Not only was Nathan punctual and polite, but he kept me updated as to when I could expect his arrival. His work was top notch, and made no complaint in the less-than-savoury environments he had to endure in order to isolate and remedy the cause of the blockage - which ended up being in the neighbour's plumbing system.
All of this was carried out in a… timely fashion, and at a very reasonable price.

98%"I picked Complex Plumbing because of a 100% rating on this site. Apart from a minor glitch (I had texted my address details to Jason and I think he might have mislaid them - a quick call and he was on the job promptly) I'm very happy. The job was relatively quick but involved ducking under the house to find the source of a leak (split butynol fitting). The bill was $120 - entirely reasonable, and I suspect that it's the minimum fallout fee.
I'll be using them for all my plumbing needs… from now on.
