    "I found dealing with the Managing Director of this business who takes the bookings and sends out the bills, as a person. who is very difficult to effectively deal with, and with a lack of a customer focus.
    I queried a recent bill, ( as a customer going back several years) because he didn't reply to my two emails which I sent to him. When I phoned him he spoke to me in a very unreasonable way. He agreed to pay. back. into my account what was owing: a relatively small amount, but he… did't do that.

    The hands on plumber who did all my plumbing work was Grey. He is an excellent plumber, totally reliable and and he has a a strong customer. He is the the person to deal with if you choose this firm : make all booking direct with him and you won't be disappointed. Grant 26 .03.22    "

    "I have been using Bidgood plumbing for over a decade for all my plumbing jobs large and small. They have always offered excellent professional and friendly service at reasonable prices. My latest job has been a complete bathroom refit including hot water cylinder. As usual the quality of the work has been excellent (haven't got the bill yet so can't comment on the price!). I have recommended Bidgood plumbing to friends in the Southern Wellington area and will continue to do so."

    "I contacted these guys because they had one good rating on the No Cowboys website, but having used them once, I wouldnt use them again. They were called out to fix a blocked drain when I was at work, and didnt call me at all to say they were bringing in another company to finish the job off. I didnt know until two months later when I got the bill and there was an extra $120 materials charge on top of the 2 hours they charged to unblock the drain, and I chased them up for an explanation! If… someone had called me (i.e. the bill payer) to let me know what they were doing and warn me that it was going to cost more money, I would have really appreciated it. To get a bill for twice the amount I was expecting with no explanation was a shock! If you use these guys, make sure you insist they call you before they do anything, to avoid a nasty shock when it comes to the bill!"

    "Very appraochable. easy to deal with. Offered helpful solutions over phone which saved a call out on one ocassion. Very reasonably priced.

    We have used a number of times. It took a while but we have have finally found a reliable plumber who provides very good service at reasonable prices"
