"Dave has done three building jobs for me. Removing old capping and replacing it on a large high barn tin roof, also replacing rotten struts and several poly carb sheets. Next job required working off scaffolding replacing facia boards on my two storey house. which was also tricky. The latest job was establishing cause of a leaking internal gutter on my carport. He had to remove the tin roof and remove a 6 meter long wide gutter which had been badly installed had no tilt on it so had rusted out in places. Dave got a new one fabricated and built a proper frame with tilt so the water could run easily into the down pipe. . On the variety of building jobs Dave has done for me he has displayed good judgement, building knowledge and an excellent work ethic. I am a female with no building knowledge and appreciated not being taken advantage of. Dave's estimates of time jobs would take were honest and his charges are very reasonable."

"Dave replaced the kwila decking timber for us on a small deck and ramp at the side of our house. The work was completed in two days and his workmanship was excellent. Dave was a pleasure to deal with and his communication was great. He called around to quote quickly, was prompt with his response and started the job two weeks later on time as promised. "Dave has done many jobs for us.
The latest job was a shelter for our motor home this involved very large 4.8mtr poles
and a height of 3.8mtrs with a roof . The finished job was exactly what we were expecting and on time and budget .
Dave also offers ways to save time and money if this is an issue .
He always turns up when he's says he will and does not stop for extended breaks which some operators do .
I highly recommend Dave and will be using him for any future work"

"I found Dave through No Cowboys and based on reviews of his previous work. I needed a bathroom renovating at a rental property after the shower had leaked and damaged the floor. Dave was very helpful throughout the whole process and organized the plumber and gib stopper/painter so I did not need to do anything. The work was done to a great finish and the new bathroom looks fantastic. We only had a limited time window as the tenant needed to move out and Dave managed to get it done right on schedule and to his estimate. I also got Dave to replace the carport roof that had suffered storm damaged over time, the new roof looks great and with the additional purlins should be stronger and less likely to get damaged in future. Dave is very friendly and reliable and is a great communicator. I already have more work lined up for him on my own house."

"Dave came to my rescue after another builder I had engaged with to install a new front door did not turn up. It turned out for the best because Dave did an amazing job, the door fits well and there were no leaks or draughts from the recent storm. I have since engaged him to replace some fencing and install locked gates, and these were also completed to a high standard. They feel and look sturdy, and I am very pleased with the quality of workmanship and attention to detail. I have also had comments on how good the fence and front door looks. Dave is a true professional, who ensures he understands his customers’ requirements and offers his advice where needed. "I had been putting off fixing my deteriorating bathrooms, as I thought it was too hard to organise all the different trades required. I first contacted Dave who listened to what I wanted to achieve and he offered a number of options to get there. He did all the building work himself, sourced all the materials, and organised the plumber, tiler, electrician, and plasterer when required. Through the process he was in constant contact, letting me know the next steps and when each of the trades or himself were arriving on site. Totally happy with the end result - looks great and exactly what I wanted. Will definitely be using Dave again for any other projects that I have in the future."

"Dave was recommended to me by a friend . I found his workmanship to be of a very high quality . He works in a very particle and methodical way . My deck that i was building was a bit tricky as it was very low to the ground in one area and about 1300 off the ground in another area . To complicated things the deck would need to be put up around an existing pool that had been put in .
The end result was fantastic and i am very happy i used Dave and will use him for any future building work that i am unable to do myself ."

"I had a pole on my veranda rot out.I had family member recommend Dave and got him round to give me a quote.He arrived when he said,was friendly and knew his stuff.I told him I was tempted to leave it out(more room).He explained the implications for safety and insurance then checked the other poles.The end one was rotten as well. I don’t know a whole lot about building but I thought the quote was great so he got the job .He was quick,professional and did a great job.I would highly recommend him, ( in fact I did to my boss, he was impressed as well)"
