    "I rang this company re our clothes dryer. I explained the symptoms on the phone. Was put through to Isaac (technician) who was able to immediately identify the fault and gave me some options for repair. I was able to fix the problem myself. No charge. Well done, Isaac."

    "Called out by Samsung following an issue they accepted would be repaired by them outside warranty. This was after we had had the run around from another appliance repairer for a week. Great communication, repair sorted as arranged in one visit. Will use them for all appliance repairs"

    "What a complete waste of my time. They came out on the monday for a Samsung warranty repair. Located the part and told me that it would be couriered down next day. Couple of days later I checked and nothing had been done. One week later was told that they would \'definately\' be out the next afternoon. Called them at 4.15pm to check they were still coming. Nope. They were not. I have rated them average on quality of work and value for money simply because I can\'t tell on either front. The jobs not complete and I have no idea what they charge. However only book them if you suffer from Agoraphobia and don\'t mind waiting in."

    "Very pleased with the level of service. I dropped off my broken dishwasher on Monday and paid the $50 deposit. Was phoned on Wednesday to say it\'s ready and only had to pay an additional $14.

    The technician showed what was repaired when I came to collect. And it\'s been working great ever since."

    "The lady in the office was initially friendly and then when she had odered the wrong part called me a liar and tried to convince me that I had brought in a totally different part. I have given up with money I have paid for the part ...I put it down to a lesson never to use them again. Apparantly the woman in the office is the owners wife so a complaint to the business owner would get you no where"

    "Average to below, defrosted fridge as fan rubbing on ice build up, not very friendly, stunk of smoke, moved sensor to make harder defrost, yeah right! Now 1 month on it,s doing the same thing. Ripped off."

    "Arranged for them to visit and fix a fridge. They never showed up or contacted me with an explanation. Even the initial contact over the phone left me wondering if I wanted to trust them with my fridge. Samsung should broaden their range of service options in CHCH beyond Dell."

    "I'm Not sure that, despite the need of a replacement part which was expensive, the fridge works that much better. I had expected marvellous results but not sure.

    Also did not receive an itemised account like I was promised.

    Also guy did not offer to remove his shoes, despite our carpet looking newish."

    "I found Dell's to be consistently unreliable. Their staff were rude and arrogant to my wife and I, despite having never dealt with them before, and not having any dispute whatsoever with them, at that moment. Their attitude was appalling, charges exorbitant, and service delivery disgusting. I would never use them or recommend them to anyone."
