We are a small dedicated building company based in Auckland.
We cover all aspects of building, From building new homes down to minor repair works.
No matter the project you can have piece of mind that your home is being looked after by qualified professionals.
On projects big and small we work hard to meet our deadlines and keep the project within budget, all the while making sure the client is being kept in the loop along the whole process and knows what's happening and why it is being done.
We are trade qualified and licensed building practitioners.

"Quaid was absolutely fantastic to deal with. Excellent communication, came out quickly and did a thorough check of the work required before we moved into our new home. We had a quote the same day and the work completed the following week with fantastic communication, attention to detail and advice. We really appreciated it as the jobs were somewhat bitsy - installing attic stairs in the garage, installing a plywood floor in the roof, as well as re-piling two decks and stairs. It was really appreciated to have one person being able to come and sort all the jobs to a great quality."

"Quaid did a fantastic job on my deck which needed extensive repairs and areas that also required a complete rebuild. His workmanship was excellent, high quality, with incredible attention to detail. Quaid was very easy to communicate with and provided a competitive quote for the job. He arrived on my preferred date to start the repairs and replacement. Quaid was professional, honest, punctual, reliable and trustworthy. My deck looks amazing now.
