    "I have used people from No cowboys a number of times and this is without a doubt my very worst experience.

    Despite giving a quote significantly higher than the other two drain layers, I decided to use Matthew to fix the leak that caused a flooding at my property in November as he had good ratings. His work was pretty average and the insuranc refused to fix the walls until I get someone to fix his work. We call Matt to come in and fix his "guaranteed work" and he wouldnt turn up! we… waited for a couple of hours, he wont answer the phone or emails just after we paid him. until today, he wouldn't reply to my emails or answer my calls. Very poor work and Service, I had to spend thousands to get his work fixed. Really disappointed."

    "I rang Matt in the morning and explained the problem that I was facing that I needed to have another drainage to be done. He came around to my place within 1,5 hrs and gave the quote. Accepted the next day and work was done within the same week. It has been 4 weeks after the work done and has been heavy rain few times. I am quite happy with the results and his professionalism.     "Matt undertook some CCTV work on our waste & storm water lines prior to some renovations we are about to do at home. He has some pretty impressive equipment & knows his trade inside out.

    We will be confident using him for our drain laying work on the job, once we get our Building Consent & are under way. (as long as his price is sharp;-)

    "Overall, we were very pleased with Matt. We had problems with an old stormwater drain which was blocked with tree roots, causing the downpipe from the house to flow under our deck and all over the back lawn. This required a completely new drain. Matt was very punctual arriving precisely when he said he would and kept us updated throughout. He was also very helpful and explained exactly what needed doing. He also added a new downpipe in another area of the house at our request. Only negative… was that we would have liked the spoil spread a little more level but otherwise, very pleased. Happy to highly recommend."
