    "We booked someone to have a look at the best way to install an insert in an existing chimney. The guy turned up an hour earlier because he was in the neighbourhood. Did call me and said “ all sweet I can see from the window the job can be done” didn’t take any measures nore recommended any specific product”. “Take a picture and send it to me” he said. His main office is just 5km away but he didn’t bother coming back. We made arrangements to be at home for the appointment but all… for nothing. Waste of time!"

    "Well Howard replaced the flue boot but didn't seal it properly. That night it leaked by a sieve. He came back the same night (in rain which was really appreciated) and put more sealer on it but again it continued to leak. He finally came back a week after extensive phone calls and before we went to fix the wet ceiling tiles and then today after rain it was leaking. Contacting Howard has been extremely annoying and time consuming.The owner was not helpful either so I would not recommend the… company or the contractor involved. We are going to be left with paying someone else to fix the job so all in all a waste of our time with this company."
