    "I had drainage installed in December 2019, and used Drainco Plumbing and Drainage Ltd. I gave them 100% for each mark because they deserve it. At all stages they kept me informed of their plans, and I was particularly impressed with the way they also kept my neighbours up to date. Drainco informed all affected home owners of what they would be doing, and the dates work would start. They were polite, helpful, and always cleaned up at the end of the day.
    I did plenty of research when looking for… a preferred drain layer company, and I have to say Kelvin Bates and his team run a very impressive business. I have nothing negative to say about them.

    I would not hesitate to use their services again, and encourage anyone who wants a good, honest, clean job done, to call these guys. They rock!    "

    "Drainco did a job for a neighbors property.

    The driveway of three other properties therefore had to be closed. The day the company started a guy knocked at the door in the morning, luckily we were home, to let us know, that they start today. No glue about Health and Safety, what is about people who have to need their cars for health reasons etc. There wasn't a time to consider.

    During their work, a neighbor let me know, that she found items on her property, which obviously were Drainco's… . Then staff from my property was misplaced.

    I had a look and found , that they used my water tab to get water for their work.

    Additional the walls of the house and the car door were dirty with mud marks from the digging hole up the road. Having a closer look then, we found the newly polished car has been scratched with a bucket .

    I approached the worker. He got very apologetic, and promised Kelvin would contact us on Monday. After I didn't hear anything back, the worker said to me,

    Kelvin is sick.

    The next day my daughter arrived from London and did hear some noise outside the living room. And here he was the worker (s. above) carrying again a bucket full of water a long the side of the car (jspace very narrow due to wooden fence and scratching the other side of the car). It was newly polished, bill provided.

    How irresponsible those people are. I work in age care long hours to make ends meet and to get my car polished again to be able to sell it, takes its financial toll.

    When I contacted Kelvin again, he got very abusing towards my daughter and myself and called us a liar etc. What a disgusting person with no decency whatsoever. Be aware of Kelvin and his team of .....    "

    "I have used Drainco in the past for cosmetic changes to a previous bathroom this time it was for a full bathroom renovation. We decided to get Kelvin and his team back for the 2 bathrooms we are now renovating and stage 1 is now complete.
    Overall I was very happy with the result and finish of the bathroom. Kelvin is great to deal with and lets you know a what stage the job sits, any issues that did arise Kelvin was quick to rectify them.

    "Kelvin, he is a very good trades man, he is reliable and trustworthy. he understands the customers need and provide customised solutions. very cost effective. he contains lot of experience and his team is professional and keep customers first. he always tries to keep the cost down and keep customers well inform of what is expected.

    i will hire Drainco Kelvin any time anywhere. two thumbs up to him and his team. well done.
