"Bryce didn't find the only leak in the building we purchased, afterwards when approached did not want to engage or offer to come back to look at it. Nil offer of reimbursement or anything. Also kept focusing on the fact that I was there, seeming to think that I should have picked up on this detail myself even though I'm not a builder. "

we follow a review process which also involves checking our record's and seeking advises and in 99% of cases returning to site to review the issue to come up with a solution. In this case we where not given the opportunity to return to site and any fresh evidence was destroyed. A number of emails were exchanged and unfortunately communication on both side could have been better. But Brittany did not handle this process well and as you will see in her next Rating on this website has made some adjustments in her thinking, however we are now at an impasse which is never a good situation for either side! This has been a steep learning curve for us both. From Dryscans perspective as always we try our best to give our clients the best service possible and are always trying to improve our processes and this incident will help us in the future. "
