    "Great service on my wife's Holden Cruz. There was a thermostat problem that the Holden dealership couldn't fix and Craig took care of it with a fast efficient service. Also a WOF on the same car. Five stars"

    "I had my WOF carried out with Craig at Eastern Bays Auto. They were fast and efficient and at the same time they also called me to tell me they needed to replace the rear tail lights on my vehicle as they had become dim and needed to be replaced to be more luminent and would most likely need to be replaced eventually.
    I recommend the work and service carried out on my vehicle by Craig and his team at Eastern Bays Automotive.     "

    "Needing work on your older car ? Look no further than Craig and his team at Eastern Bays Automotive conveniently located amongst other businesses in Glen Innes..I've just had my 1997 Toyota Camry serviced and fixed to get my WOF that failed at a nearby Testing Station and finding a trusted mechanic hasn't been always easy , particularly when other mechanics don't like working on cars older than 20 years. Thankfully that's not the case or situation at Eastern Bays Automotive, where old… fashioned customer service is what I experienced with my car today. Leaving my older car with them, and being able to use one of their Loan cars to go about my day and get out and about on a wet day, was a lifesaver. Craig phoned me throughout the day informing me of costs and choices around my car repairs, and in the end I was felt really comfortable with the work Craig said was necessary to get my WOF. Upon picking up my car , he explained all the work done in a caring and friendly manner which made paying so much easier knowing my older car was road quality ready . So if you're considering Car Repairs and your pride and joy needs someone trusting and willing to go the extra mile, I'd seriously recommend you contacting Eastern Bays Automotive. I did, and I am going to be using them for future car repairs and servicing ..Old or newer cars..Craig and his team do them all, including Wofs. I didn't know that, but I will be recommending him to my family and friends from now on.."

    "Craig has been servicing my last 4 vehicles for over 10 years. I find him honest, upfront and helpful. I've had a VW, a BMW and 2 Mercedes and where possible Craig has helped me source the best priced parts. He rings me if there is additional work required so there are never any 'surprises'. I book the courtesy car whenever possible which is really helpful. As far as garages go it is clean, tidy and well organised. The invoices are very detailed."

    "We’ve relied on Craig for 5 years to take care of our cars - services, changing brakes, fixing sunroof - whatever needs doing! Craig is always incredibly willing to fit us in and make our absence of a car as seamless as possible (and generously looks at things on the spot too). His mechanical work is fantastic, ie he fixes the problem, and his rates are very reasonable. He is very easy to deal with (and knows us and the cars) and I feel he goes the extra mile to get things sorted. I recommend… him to everyone I know."
