  "Appointment time was suggested and booked by Shaw Plumber and was late for 45 minutes of course no show, and on top of that when i called the office a lady was asking me to be Patience, not at all a professional way of dealing with customer who is waiting for more than 45 minutes.

  "we have had fantastic dealings with shaw plumbers. they are always friendly and polite on the telephone. they always turn up on time and are efficient in their work. we have no problems recommending shaws to anyone. they took care of our bathroom renovation from start to finish, including building and electrical work. we cant wait to start our next project"

  "Have used E C Shaw plumbers a few times and have been very pleased with their work. This time the plumbers worked on our roof in the cold and pouring rain to install a new wood burner. They did a great job and thank you!"

  "very pleasant polite people
  the person who actually did the installation log burner worked really hard
  unfortunately they wanted $5000 to take out 2 back to back chimneys leaving a hole in the kitchen where I cooked
  a builder quoted me $1700gst"
