"Though they were delayed in the start time they were apologetic when they arrived. It would have been nice to be told earlier they were delayed instead of just hanging around waiting for them.
The job it self was done in a swift and efficient manner as I have come to expect from Elite.
The only thing I would say is it would be nice to have some photos of the guttering as it is on the second story and difficult for me to inspect. I guess I just have to take their word for it that the job has been done satisfactorily."

"Brian and his team cleaned my 3 storey house which had not been cleaned in 10 years. The results were unbelievable, green and black walls are a brilliant white again. The house looks brand new. Family thought it had been repainted!
If I tried to do it with a Waterblaster it would have taken two days, Brian did it in 4 hrs..

"I will most definitely use Elite Waterblasting again. Brian was SUPERB, went above and beyond doing the decks and railings for free. He was very careful and respectful, Elite has my regular business without a doubt.
From the moment I emailed through their website, the communication was excellent. I had a call within half an hour, going through the job. I was immediately sent a quote. I was called very quickly after accepting the quote to make a time. I was then sent an email reminder the day before with how to prepare the property. I was also called the night before (on a Sunday no less) to check the day still suited. Brian then called me again half an hour before arriving. The whole experience was superb. He came the next day and gave a quote early in the morning and then completed the job later. He cleaned our house and an attached deck and did an extremely good job in all respects. The house now looks as good as it was when it was painted 10 years ago. The price was very reasonable.

As I am back in NZ from overseas it was a real pleasure to chat to Josh and find out that we had some acquaintances and experiences in common. "In my experience finding a trades person who does what they promise is very hard to find.
Joshua is this person he quoted me a fair price kept in contact with me even after business hours to arrange an appropriate time for the work to be done. He came and cleaned my deck on the day and time he said he would called me while doing the job to ask my opinion and discus options when paint was coming off my old railings.. he even cleaned my small retaining wall at no extra cost.
As a single mum you can feel vulnerable to trades people taking advantage of you because of lack of knowledge Joshua didn't do this at all.
I will be using him again when it's time for house and gutter cleaning.

"I contacted 3 different companies for quotes, one didn't come back to me at all, the 2nd one quoted just over double to what Josh at Elite quoted. Josh was made aware of the fact that the house had to be done the following week, as we were on a tight deadline to get it done.
Josh made me aware that he was rather booked up and if he couldn't fit it in, he would pass the job onto a contractor who could do it at his quoted price, the contractor couldn't be reached, he then re-shuffled his jobs around, so he could do the job, without me having to jeopardise my deadline. I got an email notifying me of what was required for the wash and 15 minutes before he was due to arrive, I got a text to let me know he was on his way. Needless to say the job that was done was outstanding, thank you so much for the great service, it was really a pleasure dealing with you!! "I had to change the date of the work a few days before strating, but this was accepted without any problem. Josh turned up on time, explained how he would work, showed me his machinery and went to work. He finished the fence, wall and steps within 1.5 hours and as he charges a minimum of 2 hours suggested that to make up the full 2 hours he could use a special machine to clean about 15 metres of concrete path. The work was very well done, everything he cleaned looked like new when finished (a nice surprise), whether fence, wood retaining wall steps or concrete path.
