"A "roof treatment" was applied in Feb 2020.
A year later and the roof looks the same.
Have contacted Endeavour and Michaela said she'd send somebody over to re-apply the "treatment".
They never came.
Endeavour won't reply to emails or answer phone calls now."

"poor experience. We needed the gutters cleaned. We paid the bill without checking at 1st, as it was a rental. When we did check on the roof, they hadn't been done. It took 3 attempts at dates set, before the dept manager got onto it and did actually do a good job. The roof report looked good, but actually we found that quite a bit of the work didn't need doing."

"We used Endeavour Property Services for window cleaning
They use many different operators and the first window cleaner that showed up did an unsatisfactory job, he was rude, in a rush and therefore careless. He missed windows and left smear and drip marks on others.
To Endeavours credit they got someone else immediately we sent in photos of the shoddy workmanship and sent another operator to rectify which he did. Got there in the end. A bit of a hassle for us having to contact them send photos and then reorganize a time."

"I contacted Endeavour via their website from a Google search, And received a prompt reply with a quote. Once I accepted the quote a time and date was set up, and communication vai email from Mikaela was great letting me know that there was a change in the time the tech would be on site and answered my questions around billing.
On the day Matt arrived early, he introduced himself and asked if there was anything tricky he might need to know before he began. He had a quick walk around inspecting the job to be done, and then began setting up, rolling out hoses and wands. He connect hoses to my taps and began filling the tank on his trail or, he added the chemicals and once the tank was almost full he began spraying the house. I could see the dirt immediately starting to lift and loosen. Once the chemical had been sprayed, Matt emptied what was left of the chemical out of the tank and rinsed it, then filled it again for the final wash down. He made sure to get all the hard to reach places and after 2.5 hrs the job was done, the house looked fantastic and Matt was on his way. He was friendly and professional and did a great job.
Thank you, I will definitely use this company again, and will refer them to my friends. Great service and communication. 10 out of 10."

"Endeavour did an excellent job cleaning gutters, treating roof with moss mould and lichen cleaner and house wash of house and garage, even removed wasp nest on upper storey. The house washer was careful with the gardens and there was no damage done. The young man was polite, helpful and efficient in his time and work ethic. I had to ask them back to clean one part of the house that was difficult to access but this was done in a timely period when I was able to get neighbours approval for access. The price was excellent for the standard and quality of the job. Good communication when he was late to complete job because he was held up on another job."

"I had my house washed and my windows cleaned. The house washer arrived early which I found a plus. The house was very well washed and there was no damage to my garden. The window cleaners contacted me by phone to let me know when they would arrive, they did an excellent job and even managed to get paint spots off the windows. They were courteous and cheerful."

"Just a gutter clean was booked. I was very disappointed with the service we received for the following reasons:
- No communication about arrival time or on leaving was given. I would have pointed out problems (only some of which I was aware of) at the time of him leaving if I had realised he was leaving.
- I spent 20 minutes after the man had left to clean up the mess he had left behind. The work I had to do included
- Wiping down black spots of dirt left all over our front entrance
- There were stones from our front entrance scattered all over the grass which I had to pick up and put back on the pathway
- Our hose had been used on our entrance stairs by the man and it was left full of water, not put away properly and the area it is usually stored had been broken which I then had to repair

Furthermore, that evening we noted our sky TV wasn't working. I have since had Sky TV out today to review this and it turns out there was a broken connection on the roof in the gutter from the aerial to the wires that run in to the house. Given it is in the gutter and the sky stopped working after your workman came to our house I have to assume it is because of something that your workman has done.

I can see my feedback is quite different from others so perhaps we just had a bad contractor from their company but I hope they remedy this as I was very disappointed!"

"I can't recommend Endeavour Property Services enough.
My previous gutter cleaning company let me down so I looked for an alternative supplier. I reached out to six different companies, Endeavour Property Services were speedy in their response to my query and were the most competitively priced. The customer service communication is excellent - professional, polite and helpful. When onsite, their contractor was right on time, so polite and friendly and with it being their first time onsite, talked me through the whole process first. The clean up afterwards was brilliant (even cleaned up a mess created by a roofing company who had been onsite earlier) and did a great job of clearing the gutters. The invoice was sent in a timely fashion as well - which I appreciate. I have not had to chase up anything at any time. 5 stars!! I look forward to utilising their services in the future."
