    "Matt recently completed a renovation on the outside of my old villa. Matt had to resign part of the exterior. Matt communicated through out keeping me informed about how the work was progressing and keeping me informed about my budget. I was very happy with the standard of work and felt Matt appreciated for important working to a budget was for me. As a bonus he was incredibly tidy. I have never had a builder leave a job near as tidy. I can not recommend Matt more highly. "

    "Matt and his team built a deck and boundary fence for us when we subdivided our property. The work was completed to a high standard on time and on budget. Matt helped with the design of the deck in particular regarding how best to use the space. Really happy with the end product. Matt was easy to deal with and communication was great. "
