    "We worked with Edwin on our project which was reconfiguration of a villa plus a 100 square meter addition on the back. We had a tight time frame and Edwin worked hard to meet deadlines and solve various problems as they arose.

    Communication was excellent. Edwin was always available to chat and good at explaining things. Perfect combination of professional & friendly.

    The plans were clear and as they were prepared using CAD, we were able to see 3D pictures of our house which really… brought the design to life. Edwin has had lots of experience working with builders to implement designs so had good practical advice on the build process, structuring builder contracts etc.

    I would highly recommend Edwin!    "

    "What can I say but how easy the whole process was from start to finish. The design was fresh and out of the box utilizing light and spaces we had never considered.
    A number of loose ends from other previous work were taken on and incorporated into the whole process to completion.
    Work was done on time and carried out in a professional manner.
    No time was a bad time to call so communication was fantastic every step of the way.
    I can honestly say the stress was taken out of the project and… I would strongly recommend them to others.    "

    "Edwin arrived on-site when he said he would arrive and would also give me progress updates (once hired) when required.

    Edwin also saved me some money where I was required to use Structural Engineer. Because he had used this company previously, he knew that some of the information that they provided was not required, thus saving me a fair amount of money.

    He was also reasonably priced. Edwin listened to my requirements and translated this onto paper. I have no doubt that using Edwin on my… project was a good move.

    I am immensely proud of the design service and professionalism that Edwin has provided. I have already recommended him to friends and passed a few of his cards to other builders who liked the look of the plans that he produced.

    I am happy to recommend ESD Design onto anyone.

    "I used ESD Design to design a new laundry space off our kitchen with outdoor access & decking. Edwin came up with a economical solution that looks and feels stunning which has opened up a whole part of the house that we could\'nt use before and now we spend all our time on this deck!. We only realised we needed to do something when I was 6 months pregnant and Edwin helped us by proposing something that was acheiveable within our timeframe. Great job!"

Creating outdoor access where their was none... - This job involved re-purposing a previously innaccessible narrow strip of land on the side and most sun drench boundary of this North Shore property. ESD Design created a large opening fitted with a custom designed timber sliding door along with sustainable purple heart decking wrapping the dwelling. This introduced much needed light into the house and created a space in its own right for lazy breakfasts and brunches.
