"I had glass installed by euroglass they were subcontracted through a window company. They are shocking product was terrible, glass was scratched and dealing with them has been absolutely awful. They lie, deny and bully. Would never recommend to anyone. I'm now left with a house lot of scratched windows that they refuse to replace. They hide unfair codes. "

"These guys were shocking - they have such a good reputation and I was completely taken aback by their shocking communication, poor quality product, bad instalation and really average attitude when these issues were brought to their attention.
Went to show room - my first impression was very average - there was no-one downstairs and I had to go and find someone up stairs to assist. Said theyd measure up Monday and install Wednesday - what they didnt explain was that it would be the follwing… week - we had no bathroom for over a week! Door was cut crocked. Silicon left on glass which permanetly etched it, glass tightened to hard into wall causing cladding to buckle, damage causes to brand new basin. When I approached the company about these issues the manager seemed to take them personally and as a result was far more interested in proving me wrong than addressing some of my issues. When I proved everything I said by actually showing him he did offer a 10% discount - but by that stage I had formed my opinion that I will never use these guys again. I think Glass relate is as good for less outlay."
