"Absolutely do not recommend.
Contact and response time was great, but that was were the good service ended.
Didn't identify issue with my appliance, solution offered did not work, couldn't offer any further solutions to rectify issue, and wasted my time and left me out of pocket for a call out fee that delivered nothing. I gave up after trying to address with him and contacted another provider who took me seriously, truly investigated the issue and in the end supported me through the… process to get the appliance replaced under warranty."

"Really excellent service - arrived exactly when he said he would then quickly found the fault (the solenoid the turns the water on and off had failed in the "Off" position) and had the genuine AEG spare part for our dishwasher in his van so had us up and running again in about 20 minutes. Courteous, friendly and a pleasure to pay his very reasonable charge! Highly recommended and I will be calling Louis next time any of our appliances fail in the future..."

"Park can to repair our Liebherr fridge freezer. He arrived at our house on time and was very polite and well dressed. He was very knowledgeable about our fridge He fixed the problem and provided heaps of good advice on how to operate and set up our fridge Nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend Park’s services to anyone and would definitely use him again. "

"I had to wait a week for someone to turn up and had to chase them up during that week, so improvement definitely needed there. However once I got hold of Park everything went very smoothly. Park turned up slightly earlier than he had said (fine for me, having waited a whole week!) and got the job done in just over an hour. I\'m a little peeved that there was a $68 \"Service Call Fee\" in addition to the Labour Charge since in my opinion there was no service when I called! And I had to… call 3 times to get Park\'s mobile to call him directly (twice again).

Recommended, but not for urgent jobs."

"I was referred to European Appliance Centre by another business on NoCowboys which wasn't able to service my elderly mother's gaggenau frig( water delivery and ice making facilities not working). They were very reliable, coming within the 2 days they said they would and my mother says the asian seviceman was extremely polite, helpful and communicative. Although the bill ($320) did seem reasonably high it was fully itemised and probably par for the course for these types of European frigs. Would… highly recommend."
