"I purchased a house then discovered serious leaks in the tiled bathrooms/showers and wide spread damage. Ali was great, very calm, good problem solver when we kept finding more issues and did excellent work. Put the new acrylic shower in place of the tiled one and it looks like it was meant to be there. Wouldn't know the tiles had been cut out to fit it in. Very happy and will use again for the ensuite."

"Ali renovated my bathroom in an old villa, and worked perfectly to the design brief. He and his brother were a pleasure to have in our home - so polite, warm and just nice to have around. Ali was able to work around any unexpected findings in an old home - rotten beams, walls not square etc and find competent and affordable solutions to anything which arose. The only thing which was a shame was the spacing for the underfloor heating was uneven - which has resulted in uneven temperature of the floor. Ali was very accommodating at fixing this to the best possible degree- by taking up some of the floor tiles and putting in an extra wire. This fixed the cold part, but now means that part is hotter than the rest of the floor. I can’t cope with ripping up the entire floor and starting again with new tiles, so will have to live with it, but it remains the only disappointing part of an otherwise beautiful job."

"We are very satisfied with the quality of the total rebuild of our en suite. Ali was great to work with, unfailingly polite and courteous, very obliging, and nothing was too much trouble - he really went the extra mile.
The house is showing its age, and has lots of faults that Ali had to find ways around. He was extremely good at problem solving, keeping us informed and discussing options with us. He is a perfectionist with his own work, and managed his small team of subcontractors to our complete satisfaction, despite the ongoing supply chain issues that were out of his control.
We can't recommend him too highly and have already pencilled him in for our next bathroom project!"

"I used Expert Bathroom Renovations for the first time about a year and a half ago to do the waterproofing, plastering and tiling of our family bathroom. Every stage was completed on time to a really good standard. The tiles I had chosen were really intricate - small geometric shaped ones which might have been a problem for some tilers but not to Ali. I called Ali a couple of months ago to help finish my new kitchen and once again he was friendly, professional and prompt. He quoted fairly and did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend this company."

"Really flexible (organising a visit to quote after hours) and getting the job done to a really high standard in a very tight time frame. We were out of the country whilst the job was being completed, Ali gave us regular updates and photos of progress as well as contacting us as soon as there was potential for something to cause a delay so we could make decisions quickly and keep the job on track. Our job was rebuilding the backdoor, steps, laundry room and toilet room including underfloor, tiling, doorsteps etc. He also did some great tiling in our kitchen (splash back) a few months before this job."
