    "I purchased an item which was dispatched on the Friday to arrive on the Monday. The courier driver turned up at my work in the morning, looked around reception then left with the package. Then I got a notification that my package has been sent to problem delivery - I called to ask about this and ask why the courier driver left. They told me he couldnt find the address?? They then said it will be delivered by Tuesday aftenoon. Still hadn't arrived so I rang them on Wednesday where they promised it will be delivered before 4pm. Hadn't arrived so I called them at 4pm Wednesday and they said they are still trying to locate my package and if they can't send it today it will be delivered first thing Thursday morning. Still nothing on the Thursday so I rang them, the customer service lady had no idea so I asked to speak with the supervisor who told me my package has not been find and the operations team is looking for it. I asked to speak to the ops team, he refused, so I asked to speak to a more senior manager, he refused saying he was it. When I was asking why his team had been lying to me all week saying it will be there that day he was patronising and all he kept saying was im sorry you feel that way. He made no effort to reassure, help or support. Another terrible experience from a cowboy."

    "Purchased a Christmas gift from Trademe on Monday 21 Dec. Item was picked up by Fastway the same day according to Fastway's tracking system. It is evening of 23 Dec and still no package. Their system still says the item is delivering from "Auckland" to "Auckland" depot. This is an item being delivered across Auckland. This is not the first time I have experienced slow delivery by Fastway Couriers. In my honest opinion they are ****. Their competitors (e.g. Courierpost and NZ Couriers) will deliver within Auckland overnight. Don't know how they stay in business being so slow. They could at least amend their name to Sloway Couriers. At least my expectations wouldn't be too high then."

    "Web site gives unclear expectation of cost for a one off cash job. If you read carefully a note in fine print instructs cash customers to contact branch for price. I paid 50% more than expected after using their online calculator and later found better prices from a competitor.

    The tracking system is unreliable showing the package undelivered after 2 days when it had in fact been delivered.

    When phone inquiry made all required information was provided but the manner was off hand and defensive."

    "item took a week to courier approx 20 km's within Auckland. Track and Trace had a lot of entries with (contact card left, no one home) however someone was home each time and no card was left. Found out when I called them for the third time that the courier had a full load each day and didn't make it to my house."
