"Andy is a great guy and a great builder. He is so easy to work with and does a fantastic job. Andy did renovations on our laundry/dining room to create more space for us. The job involved removing walls, adding walls, removing windows and doors and recladding the exterior. The job involved a lot of mixing old with the new and Andy did this so it all lined up and left a great finishing result. We wouldn't hesitate to work with Andy again and have recommended him to many, "

"I had Andy renovate our bathroom and laundry from the floor to ceiling from an original 1980s MDF mess to an open-tiled shower and expanded it by rearranging some cupboard space. Always punctual, very transparent, great rates and good communication. "

"Andy is a great guy to have doing your building work. He listens to what you want to achieve, thinks about it, and then tells you how he’ll go about it. He is consultative, and can help you develop your ideas further.
His experience shows through in how he gets organised, and his building work is well executed, top quality and has a great finish. Andy turns up when he says he will, sees the job through, and is always very respectful in the home. He has a network of like-minded trades who… also deliver timely quality service.

"Andy was recommended to me by a friend who rated his work very highly. I had a house that had been completely gutted and needed starting again from scratch. I was struggling to find someone who had the experience and confidence to renovate an old house. Nothing was straight or easy. Walls had to be moved, structural beams had to be installed, framing skimmed, windows taken out and replaced, porches bricked in etc. It was a job that was going to be challenging and required a craftsman or it… could have all gone horribly wrong. I now have a house that could feature in house and garden. Andy was brilliant at helping me source original materials, finding me the best prices and offering suggestions or alternatives when I wasn't sure what I was doing or had second thoughts about my choices. He also crafted new materials to look like existing features. The quality of the work from the contractors that Andy uses cannot be faulted either. I highly recommend using Andy for whatever project you are planning."

"Andy and his team recently undertook our bathroom renovation. We are so happy with the finished result and love our new bathroom. Andy was amazing from start to finish, offering guidance on the design as well as providing thorough information about the pros and cons of various fixtures and fittings. For Andy, this would have been a small job, but for us it was a big deal - our first foray into renovations and the costs/decisions and practicalities involved. Andy respected how important it was… to us, and was open and upfront about costs/process and made us feel just as important as someone undertaking a much larger project. Initially, his quote was very competitive and throughout the build he allowed us to stick to the budget and the amount of the initial quote. Communication was excellent. His eye for detail and coordination of tasks was perfect. I would trust Andy to do any future building work and would certainly recommend to others. His team of other contractors were also really great and Andy is a very good project manager, a service we are glad we invested in. I wish Feature Build all the best for the future."

"Andy and the team have worked with us on a couple of building projects in Hamilton at Centre Place Shopping Mall. We own an entertainment centre there and he has built our laser tag and also our escape rooms. Both projects were probably quite different to what he normally does but he is a great problem solver and thinks out side the box to solve any problems that arise, he is incredibly reliable and great communicator. Most of all the final product is always finished to a very high standard. "
