"Waterproofing for Lightwell Roof/Small balcony Apartment building
Craig was contracted to waterproofing our small balcony which also serves as the lightwell roof that was renovated. Working weather wise he worked well with our builder "Build it all" coordinating with and applying the membrane to the surface and painting the finish to meet the council drainage requirements.
We were impressed with his work ethic and he also advised us on what was required to our project on tiling the area for a small BBQ area. I have had other trades people visit to the area and all have commented on Craig's work with compliments on how well the job was done. I recommend First Roofing and Repair to apply membrane for your project."
