    "I have been using Byron now for a couple of years on multiple projects. Starting with a Replumb and gas for a relocatable through to certification. Latest job was Converting another house from low pressure to gas hot water. I won’t go anywhere else. Byron is honest and reliable, hard working and communicates well."

    "Byron was great to deal with from start to finish. We have used Flowsafe for a gas leak and also for 2 shower leaks (never ideal!). He resolved the gas leak quickly. He investigated both our shower leaks and gave us a clear picture of what the problems could be and how to resolve them (one was not plumbing related). He is very knowledgeable, skilled and trustworthy - awesome traits when you don't personally jack about plumbing! We will definitely use Flowsafe for all future plumbing."

Great guy to deal with, helped us at the beginning of the job to find the most cost effective way to do the job and then completed the work to a high standard.     "After using a ghastly company to install our oven and dishwasher in Mangawhai and who charged like a wounded bull, having Bryon at Flowsafe complete the job prior and post a new floor installation was amazing.

    He was punctual, arriving when he said he'd arrive. He installed the fittings and updated lines to make the appliances easier to remove in future if and when required. He updated our gas line and organised our gas bottle so we had easier access to it rather than under the house.… He went above and beyond checking dials and improving our gas settings to provide better use of our hob and showing me how to fix issues if I had a problem.

    I would highly recommend Byron to all. His work ethic is professional. His communication was prompt and professional, keeping us in the loop at all times. Plus we were invoiced as per quote.

    Our dishwasher and over are working better than ever.

    Thanks Byron, we will definitely call again if a problem arises.

    "Byron replumbed our removal house for us and it was not an easy job as we are off grid and wanted our hot water cylinder connected to our solar power as well as gas and a wetback. He was there when he said he would be, he was fast(the other tradies all commented on how few breaks and speedy he was) and he was generally a great tradesman and I would not hesitate to recommend him."

    "It has been an excellent experience after being recommended Byron by a friend. He did the plumbing for my shower earlier this year, was able to sourse everything I needed and worked on time with the builder which was super helpful.     "Byron recently completed a hot water cylinder to gas califont conversion for us. We were very happy with his workmanship, communication and promptness. He was here when he said he would be, ( called several other plumbing companies to get a quote and no one bothered to turn up!) We would highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing and gas fitting work done. The best part is we now never run out of hot water! "

    "Byron came when he said he would. Told us what we needed to do to prepare the job. Returned to complete the work when he said he would. Sorted a problem with a pipe connection with the tank supplier without cost to us. I believe he will compensated for his time by the tank supplier. Was very professional.     "Our old water cistern gave up and was leaking badly, Byron was recommended thru a friend he showed up promptly when i contacted him and gave me a proper outline of what my choices were and how much it was going to cost . I opted to put in a gas system and Byron said if he could obtain a caliphon system on the following day ( this was a thursday ) he would be able to start installation monday morning at 8am.
    Bryon rang me on the friday to tell me he had located the part and would be there on… the monday at 8am ,sure enough he was there and did a great job installing the gas system was very thorough and i'm really happy with the professional job he did . He also got a sparky friend of his to finish the electrical side of it as well.Byron also got rid of my old crapped out water cistern for me which was huge. Highly recommend for any plumbing or Gas work you need done .    "
