    "I asked Foley plumbers to come and look at a leaking tap. My partner was there to let the plumber in and he was there to help if need be. The plumber took three hours and did not know what the problem was or did not appear to even know what he was doing.. He was a plumber and had to ring his manager and seemed stressed out over a leaking tap.. After three hours of achieving nothing and in fact making the tap leak more- my partner asked him to leave. My partner decided that the best option was… to go to mitre ten who advised us that the best solution might be replace the entire tap- which we did ourselves! No leak and we have a brand new tap. Thank you mitre ten. No one from Foleys contacted me to follow up so I rang myself and asked why my tap was left leaking worse and the plumber took three hours to achieve nothing. There was no note left to explain what had happened or any solutions and no follow up aside form the bill. I was eventually rung to see if the problem had been fixed. And I said yes we had replaced the tap ourselves- I was then presented with a bill for $110 . What exactly for- I have no idea- no breakdown of the work done- perhaps because nothing was done. No apology- I would advise anyone else to think very carefully as the service was awful"

    "Foley's put in new bathroom fittings and gas hot water system for my sick grandfather who has now passed away. Foley's were on time, got what I consided a big job done in a short time, and were were the cheapest of the 3 quotes we got."

    "We had to get the person back in to do the job, although they fixed the problem other things went wrong. The good thing was they came back and fixed the problem and now things are running smoothly. Quiet often as well we do not get their names either, so asking for their name is not something i thought about. Would you consider wearing ID tags? Just a suggestion"
