"Nari and his company worked for myself when I was project managing for a main contractor last year on a HNZ new subdivision in Mt Roskill. Nari was great to work with, in what was a very challenging project both time-frame wise and as a site in general. His quality of work was always great, and I have seen other work of his on private jobs since and it is always of the highest standard. "The team at Fourth Avenue construction exceeding my expectations.
I have used countless trades in my years of property development and it is rare to come by a team that goes above and beyond the requirements of the job. The boys were skilled and professional completing the work on time and even some additional work at no charge.
Nari was honest and reliable identifying details i had missed so he was able to complete the job to a higher standard and prevent expensive maintenance down the… line.

It was also refreshing to have a team that was considerate of residents with noise levels and clean and safe work practices.

I would gladly employ them again for future jobs and would recommend them to others."

I project managed the job and every single time I showed up on site the guys were working steadily. I trusted them completely and the whole job was easy and a very stress free environment.
Nari and Oliver are builders who always have a solution ready to go before you even know the problem, always have a positive friendly attitude , and who really care about the client and the project.

"We had a big job on our hands, with a major do-up in Western Springs. We wanted to maintain the character of the building working with the existing structures and build an extension, en-suite, storage space, new kitchens and bathrooms and living areas as well as a new double garage.
