"I hired Greg based on the reviews on this website. They were not lies! Greg came out and installed 2 heat pumps and did a magnificent job. Then he came back and replace 5 thermostats with newer looking ones, recharged all 5 systems and got them working like new. If you are on Waiheke, I don’t know why you would hire anyone else. And he was very reasonable too. Great value for money spent!"

"We contracted Greg from FPS to install a Toshiba ducted underfloor system, and we couldn't be happier with the service and the product.

Greg never tried to sell us anything, just listened to our needs and proposed solutions.

He was super-responsive at all stages and worked like a trooper to ensure everything was complete before an unavoidable deadline.

He and his sub-contractors knew exactly what they were doing, and they employed speed and attention to detail every step of the way.

Greg took all the hassle out of the project for us and his communication was second-to-none; we always knew what was happening and when. And he was always available to answer any newbie questions we had.

We couldn't recommend Greg and his team at FPS highly enough. Straight-up, honest, dedicated, value-for-money service, all delivered as quickly as possible.

Greg, you should open a tradie school for the next generation, teaching them what real service and delivery looks like :)

"I had a problem with my heat pump not starting up. The supplier of my unit was not able to attend immediately and suggested another service person. In attempting to locate the suggested service person I phoned greg's number and spoke with his wife, Cindy. Cindy did not have a contact number for the person I was trying to locate but suggested Greg may be able to have a look at my unit the following morning.
He arrived at 10am, did 'a bit of tinkering' a good layman's term and the unit has been working perfectly for the past 3 days.
Great service, friendly person who arrived at the appointed time.
I recommend Cindy and Greg to anyone who requires prompt efficient heat pump service."
