"Richard and Reed were fantastic to work with. Arrived at set time, great communication, and had parts in hand ready to fix. Cause ended up being a different part (corroded/broken pipe), they fabricated a new pipe on site and had it sorted quickly.
We will definitely book him in again for future work and gladly recommend the team.
Excellent value for money."

"We had a burst water tank on the Sunday, Fresh Plumbing were the only ones that answered the call! Reed arrived and assisted immediately. Great chap! super polite and knowledgeable! "All i have to say is WOW. Reed came on a Sunday, troubleshooted some issues we didn't know we had (over and above the requested work) and pulled out the stops to fix them, plus was incredibly courteous and respectful in our home. What we thought might be a short day, turned into a long one, with another job after for him, but he stayed and completed ours first. Thanks so much, and all the best."

"I had an urgent problem and Reed didnt hesitate to come to my assitance at such short notice. He was open and clear with his communication, talking me through the process step by step. On site he was a genuine nice guy and I was able to talk to him and have a bit of banter which eliminated the awkward feeling of having someone you dont know on your property which often leads to awkward silence. He did a stellar job and sorted out my **** (literally). From start to finish, Reed was amazing and… since then, iv reccommended him to anyone and everyone i know who needs plumbing work. I cant speak highly enough of him."

"I found Reed from Fresh Plumbing to be extremly profesional, both with his workmanship and his communication when dealing with any issues that inevitably arise.
The accuracy and competency of his workmansip is some of the best i've seen and as a kitchen manufacturer, I do see quite a few.
I witnessed Reed fitting some pipework behind a wall and mentioned that he needn't worry about leveling these as no one would see them to which he replied, 'I'll Know' That speaks volumes towards his own… standards

"I have used half a dozen different plumbers during the ten years I have owned my current home. Reed Collingwood of Fresh Plumbing is by far the best. Two other plumbers had told me an old toilet with an in-wall cistern in an upstairs powder room could not be repaired and I should replace it. Reed tracked down the inexpensive parts needed and the toilet now flushes perfectly. Problem solved. Two different plumbers had told me it would be very expensive to replace the overhead shower head in… a downstairs bathroom with a more modern slide-mounted showerhead and hose. Reed said, "No problem, there is a product made for exactly this upgrade situation. The Pro Series Wet Rail has a top integrated inlet, which works perfectly with your current set up and I can install it with a three-function showerhead". Problem solved for under $1,000.

When a water leak appeared at the bottom of my hillside section with water running out on to the footpath I reported the leak to the local Council. Wellington Water eventually made two visits, did an apparently cursory check, and insisted the problem must be on my property and my responsibility to fix. Reed assessed the situation, ran some tests, and sent another report to the City Council, on my behalf, explaining there was definitely no leak in my water main. Within a fortnight four trucks showed up and contractors for Wellington Water dug a trench from my toby to the road. They found a leaking pipe joint on the city side of the toby. It took a full day of work to repair but confirmed the responsibility to fix it was with the city not me as the property owner. Once again, thanks to Reed, problem solved. Not only has Reed saved me thousands of dollars he always shows up on time, keeps me well informed by email, and delivers on everything he promises."
