"Simon has done a great job for our hot water cylinder, he fully booked for the day, but came during his lunch break otherwise we can't have the shower in the evening.......and he get the job done efficiently and saved the electrician another trip.
I will use him next time definitely, and highly recommend him to others-NO maybe not:-).... it is so hard to find a plumber now casue everyone is so busy and buidling a new house in auckland.
I will keep him just for myself :-))

"Found Fusion Plumbing Ltd on No Cowboys when my Insinkerator needed attention. Simon was very helpful over the phone and came the next day, prepared for all eventualities. The Insinkerator was terminal and Simon was able to replace it on the spot. Very efficient.
I have no hesitation recommending Simon from Fusion Plumbing and will use them again in the future. Thanks. "

When I asked www.reece.co.nz to recommend a skilled professional to connect my new Water Storage tank to my roof gutters in the near future for a fair price, Mr Ponytail of Reece Plumbing suggested Fusion Plumbing and gave me their mobile number; 027 777 2235.
So I called, was greeted well and arranged a mutually convenient time for Simon Richards, the main man, to call around for a look.
He did... and it all happened smoothly from there; Fusion… Plumbing did excellent work, did it promptly and went above and beyond my expectations.

"Stunning service. Contacted Simon to fix a leaking toilet. It's an old house so expected to have to do full replacement. Simon arrived early!!! Did a very efficient repair of the leak. Suggested a new flushing mechanism at a fraction of the cost I was expecting. Offered to install that three days later. Came a day early, did the job. Looks brilliant. I have already given his contact details to three friends and will get him back to do some other plumbing work for us. Can't speak more… highly of the quality of his work and the brilliant speedy response. Top marks."

"I'd discovered a mains water supply leak in among tree roots, power, & telecom services near my boundary. Simon responded to my phone message quickly, visited about an hour later & gave me a reasonable repair estimate 'on the spot'. He was able to fit my job in late the following day, arrived when he said he would, & completed the repair in about half the time I'd feared. He was very professional, was happy to discuss what he'd found & done (a cabbage tree root had displaced… & ultimately cracked the pipe), & even reminded me I could apply to Watercare for a rebate on my water bill. He's a quiet no-nonsense guy & I found him excellent to deal with. His emailed invoice was clear, complete, & somewhat lower than his quote. I can recommend him thoroughly."
