From the day of the quote and until the day my two jobs were completed, I have had nothing but excellent prompt service.
John and his people turned up when they said they would, completed the work efficiently (an installation of a floor heat pump and second job installing the necessary equipment for a new gas connection for a gas hob) and gave great advice, all in a friendly professional manner.

"I engaged Gas and Plumbing Specialists to come to my home to check out my gas heater. It turned out to be only a small job but John was very thorough and explained what was happening with the problem I had so I learnt a lot which I appreciated. They were very prompt in coming the very next morning as another company I had rung couldn't make it for 5 days later. With the cold weather we were having then that was a grim prospect but John saved us from an otherwise cold experience.
I can highly… recommend Gas and Plumbing for their professional approach and good manner in getting the Job done.

"I sent an email to John regarding my gas hot water not running hot - being a newbie at this gas hot water the 'ins and outs' still confuse me, as John and his Team only installed it in January. He rang me within an hour of me sending my email (on a Saturday morning) and arranged to come around immediately to check it out. He was happy to show me and explain what I hadn't done when switching my bottles over and suggested I leave it for continuous flow rather than changing it manually plus he… gave me a print out on what to expect from the bottle use and he also checked the fittings for any problems. There was a small problem so he left for a part and returned to have the job fixed. So the job was diagnosed and repaired within the hour. Another happy and more knowledgeable customer!! Thank you John."

"We were having a problem with our Rinnai gas hot water back-up to our roof solar system. Water not hot enough. Through very detailed Add in yellow pages, rang and spoke to John Gutry the owner. Appointment was made that day for 3.30pm. John and his very capable apprentice Andre arrived as arranged. Within 30 minutes had adjusted Rinnai gas burner and checked it over. Hot water all go. Very happy bath loving Wife. Following on from this, John informed me that the Lagging covering pipes from… Solar system on roof, were not doing their job. His very knowable Gas and Plumbing 35years experience, was a no brainer,to agreed with him, that the lagging needed to be replaced with a better UV covering

Two days later, Andre returns and replaces all lagging with a UV E-Flex13x22mm Allproof Isopipe E-Flex Lagging. Also cleaned up ends on the roof solar tank. Everything looking super tidy, just how I like it. Andre made a very tidy job of Lagging and cleaned up after him. Very satisfied customer. Would highly recommend Gas & Plumbing to Family Friends and Associates."
