    "John did a wonderful job for us - it took us a while to coordinate a time but once committed he came out when arranged with the tenant directly. His charges were extremely reasonable and he went out of his way to inform the tenant about the appliances and how much they are to run - above the call of duty. He followed up with a call to me explaining the charges and the work done. Many thanks, we would definitely use again."
