    "Giera sold our house last year in Woodend. Bill Shaw did a fantastic job, always prompt and ready for our open homes. Always available on his mobile and gave us great feedback about what buyers were saying. Great tips and info for getting our house ready for sale too- Bill sold our house for far more than we ever expected, he never once talked about lowering the price, was confident in his appraisal and sold it unconditional and for cash.....outstanding.
    Giera also has a rental division,… and we rented from them while building our new home. Great place, central and $260 a week for a large 3 bedroom townhouse!

    Bill Shaw is currently selling our new house in Rolleston and were confident he will get us a great price again so we can move on and finally build a 4 bedroom home with our ever expanding family.    "
