They were very knowledgeable about the work that needed doing, and they offered good recommendations of possible next steps.     "Not sure of the name of the guy that came to my house to clean the gutters but still . The house is 2 story and I am a roofer by trade with over 10 years experience so I know how to clean gutters . But anyway . Had guttercare property services come to clean the gutters . They guy came wearing the uniform correctly but not shoes he wore jandels. So not very professional there . He got started with the cleaning g however and I could see him throwing the leaves and plants from the gutter onto my… front lawn . I offered him a bucket as he didn't seem to have one ,his response "no thanks I'll clean it up before I leave" . I left it at that and headed to work . When I returned home he had finished and there were piles of crud from my spouting all over my lawn and in my back yard , clearly no attempt was made to clean it up . I rang the main office and spoke to one of the managers who was very polite and pleasant to deal with , he had the worker return the very same day which was good .But when the worker returned he was in a bad mood at being called back and he came to me and all he said was apparently I left some rubbish here . Trying to not get annoyed at his attitude myself I pointed out all the piles of crud and after about 5 minutes he left without so much as another word to me , I then had a walk around my property to find he had only picked up almost half of the rubbish that he had thrown everywhere . So overall the manager I spoke with was very nice but the worker was pathetic. No pride in his appearance and extremely unprofessional in both his workmanship and his communication . I would not recommend this company to anybody as I have done gutter cleans for a job myself and it is not hard to do it quickly and cleanly"
