    "Ducati needed tps reset.Charged almost 500 for installing new plugs i supllied, and collection of bike and tps reset.Bike was handed back with damage in 2 places, on the tailpiece and a 1cm scratch on the gas tank.Was assured this would be fixed.No further contact despite my follow up.Wont use these clowns ever again."
