  "It was a "no brainer" to take Roland & Mark on as our agents and it proved to be the best move we could have made. They kept us informed, recommended procedures and in general they could not do enough to help us. The property sold at a price pretty close to what we expected and we were more than satisfied. All in all, selling a house is a daunting exersize but if sales were made with the professionalism and enthusiasm of Roland & Mark there would be a substantial, improvement… in the trust between Real Estate Agents & the general public. We would have no hessitation in recommending Roland & Mark to our friends and aquantances."

  "Real Estate commission can definitely be overpriced for the amount of work or time that is sometimes put in. If it takes 3 months to sell then more work and time has been put in, but if it sells in a week, then the agent hasn't really done anything, it is the house that has sold it self (or price). Which makes it way overpriced.
  Great job otherwise."

  "Janice approached us with a warm and friendly manner. From that point on she had us sold not just on the house but on her and how we could trust in her.
  Nothing seemed to be a problem for Janice whether it was for me to show my family around our new home or for me to measure the lounge up there Janice would be waiting at the house to let us in.
  An experience that starting out daunting turned out to be a great experience thanks to Janice!
