    "Dealing with Norman was extremely disappointing. Once I accepted his quote and he started the job he just rail roaded me. He didn't do everything we discussed and when questioned all I got was "She'll be right". The day he finished he was on the phone wanting payment, sadly I paid. He would not take my phone calls after this. He did send someone to do some remedial work but he came twice and was supposed to return but didn't. I have phoned on numerous occasions but Norman will… not answer, I have e mailed and the same response. I called around to his house twice and he was home but he wouldn't come to the door. I paid for work that hasn't been done and the work that was done was done poorly. It has taught me a very valuable lesson. Don't pay your tradesmen until you know everything is done and to an acceptable standard. Disappointing!"

    "Very happy with service. Delivered when promised, good communication. Good fair price as quoted, no extras, and went above and beyond call of duty. I turned up ready to level an area I had asked him to dig out, so I could lay grass, and he had levelled it all and laid seed for me. Brilliant. Highly recommend, after so many concreters promising to do job and never showed up and some very dodgy concreters out there, I couldn't be happier. Thanks again Norm."
